Hi. I am excited to begin your counseling journey with you. I am a licensed clinical social worker in California, Nevada, and Utah. I received my master’s degree in social work from Columbia University in 2004. I have worked in a variety of settings, which has helped me shape my style of therapy.
Every client has different needs. We will work together to find the right style of therapy. My therapeutic approach is open and nonjudgmental. My hope is that together we can create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel understood and supported. My goal is to work with you to make sure that your goals for therapy are met.
During the first session, we will get to know each other, and I will ask questions that will help me get to know what you are looking for in therapy and we will talk about goals and discuss what the future will look like.
