I believe in Carl Jung’s theory of individuation where everyone is on a journey towards wholeness, and I also believe it doesn’t have to be a solo one. As a therapist, I like to think of myself as someone who sits sidecar on your healing journey towards wholeness. I have an open and collaborative approach tailored to your therapeutic needs and I draw from an array of holistic modalities to help support you on your journey. I specialize in helping those with trauma related issues. We collaborate in creating a safe and trusting space for you to explore and gain insight in how your past experiences may still be affecting you.
I offer tools and strategies to help you learn how to decrease your symptoms, express your emotions, and learn how to soothe and regulate your nervous system. We will gain more insight into your maladaptive patterns, we'll amplify your strengths + we'll create a deeper connection to your highest self, so you will feel more empowered to make better choices.
If you're beating yourself up, distracted, self-medicating, avoiding your feelings, or repeating the same patterns - you are not alone. If you are an individual or couple seeking more support, please reach out for a 20 minute consultation to see if I, or my colleagues, can provide the guidance or assistance you'll need on your journey towards wholeness.
