I am a seasoned psychotherapist, with 25 plus years of Clinical experience. I have worked extensively with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, feelings of isolation, grief, relationship issues, and life stage transitions. Individuals and families facing parenting and adoption challenges are an additional focus of my practice. I also offer psychodynamically oriented Clinical Supervision to therapists at all levels of experience. I am committed to working with you to ensure therapy is financially accessible.
Please know that I understand how difficult, as well as hopeful, it can be to begin therapy or to find a new therapist. With that in mind, I look forward to making this journey with you.
In my practice, I seek to provide an environment that enables thoughts and feelings to be put into words. For many, talking is the best cure.
