People enter into therapy for a variety of reasons such as: panic and anxiety, depression, a life altering event, or unresolved trauma. I believe therapy is a collaborative endeavor which takes place in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My role is to help clients gain a deeper insight into themselves, help them discover what motivates them, and help them reach their desired goals.
I use a variety of modalities that are designed to meet the needs of each individual client. I treat depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and I also treat wives of sex addicts. I use DBT and CBT as treatment modalities. I am EMDR certified and specialize in treating Posttraumatic Stress.
I have been in practice for over three decades and I am driven to help clients find emotional and spiritual healing. I have committed to helping clients discover their best self. I provide both traditional and contemporary Christian therapeutic approaches in a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental setting. I look forward to meeting you soon!
