I work with adults and specialize in the treatment of trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, women's issues, and life transitions. I use a person-centered, strength-based approach to therapy and individualize treatment to each client. I am certified in EMDR and often incorporate this into my approach as it can allow you to become unstuck from the past.
