I am a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional and specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and trauma. The goals of therapy are to help you heal from wounds and to learn the skills to manage distressing feelings and emotions, so you can live life fully present, calm and confident. I employ therapies which include Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Polyvagal Informed, Gestalt, and Solution Focused. The goals are to heal, live with confidence, see opportunities for growth, and experience and enjoy life more fully.
