You deserve to feel seen and heard. I want my office to be a safe space for you to process through whatever is going on in your life. I have extensive experience working with clients with trauma, anxiety, and body image concerns. I have also worked with many clients who are healing from abusive relationships. Being able to see my clients break out of the cycles they are stuck in and realize that they deserve better is one of the greatest gifts.
After working at an inpatient unit for those who have gone through psychological trauma, I developed a passion for working with those with Complex PTSD stemming from a variety of traumas including childhood abuse, sex trafficking & abusive relationships. I also see individuals with all types of eating disorders working from a Health at Every Size approach.
You are worthy of being seen and heard. No matter what you have gone through, no matter how long you have struggled, you deserve help and healing. Reaching out for help is the bravest thing in the world and it's a privilege to be able to walk alongside clients on their journey.
