I work with adolescents, adults, couples and parents struggling with overwhelming feelings, infertility, birth trauma, pregnancy/postpartum issues, trauma, anxiety, depression or general life obstacles. I have extensive expertise in trauma work, pregnancy, postpartum and early parenthood, infertility, and adolescent issues. I have been interviewed for over 30 publications and live media and served in leadership roles in large organizations to support trauma survivors and individuals with eating disorders.
