Trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing, I view theories and techniques as tools in a tool box. Working together, you and I will determine the best tools to use based on your unique circumstances and strengths. We will work as a team to set the treatment plan and goals for therapy.
I fulfilled a life long dream of becoming a counselor after several years in both corporate and academic settings.
