I am a licensed clinical social worker with a decade of experience in the mental health field. I work with teens, young adults, college students, and women living with OCD, anxiety, phobias, PTSD, BFRBs (hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting), and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (postpartum depression, OCD, and anxiety). I am an active member of the International OCD Foundation and Postpartum Support International. I stay up to date with the latest research in mental health, engage in regular case consultation with field leaders, and complete continuing education trainings throughout the year.
I offer evidence based treatments that are most effective for addressing your concerns: cognitive behavioral therapy, I-CBT for OCD, acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure and response prevention, Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) therapy, SPACE (parent-focused therapy for childhood anxiety), Written Exposure Therapy and Prolonged Exposure for PTSD.
