It sometimes feels easier to seek support for physical challenges than for emotional ones, especially if we are used to thinking that we should be able to handle our feelings and challenges on our own. Reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. Many of the adult and child clients who see me struggle with low self-esteem, anxiety and worry, impulse control, organization/planning/distractibility/sensory challenges, feeling easily overwhelmed, and peer or relationship challenges. They hope to experience less chronic overwhelm, procrastination, burnout, fewer relationship conflicts, and more joy.
I offer support and tools for individuals and families ages 3 to adult, including parent support and couples counseling. I will listen for what you value most deeply, and support you as you better understand yourself and your strengths. I bring specialized training in childhood mental health, and neurodiversity-affirming ADHD and Autism care for all ages.
You are the expert on you. I will meet you where you are, with compassion and acceptance, and partner with you to help you create goals that are important to you. I am here every step of the way to help you and/or your child feel more empowered, more equipped to manage challenges, and to feel more at home with who you are. I look forward to talking with you!
