We all need help sometimes. Clients come to me with a variety of problems, depression, anxiety, parenting, relationship issues and substance abuse. I work with my clients, identifying the strengths they already have and teaching new skills to address the problems that are causing them pain.
I have a strength-based approach that includes family systems and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I also have training in substance abuse treatment and trauma, and can help individuals and families struggling with these issues. I work with individuals, couples and families, and see teens 13 and up.
