I provide therapy to individuals and couples seeking assistance on overcoming the burden of concerns ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship stressors, and life adjustments. I enjoy collaborating with clients to identify their strengths and goals in order to help work towards achieving a better quality of life.
I graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2012 with a masters in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family emphasis. I have experience in crisis counseling and outpatient community mental health. I am trained in EMDR, a treatment that is highly effective for trauma.
My goal and focus is to provide a compassionate and comfortable environment to empower and encourage individuals to improve their personal relationships and overall wellbeing.
