Here we talk about our thoughts & feelings because they DO matter. We’ll game plan and work on the pain points together. I hold space for you to safely share your story and offer insight into those tricky thought and behavior patterns that can get in your way. I help reframe anxiety, depression and can help with over control, family dynamics, trauma, self esteem and worth & balance work-life stressors.
We’ll chat with each other in partnership so I can learn your story and what it is that you strive for by coming to therapy. I will hold space for you to share the hard, interject humor to ease the pain, share insights, ask for input/feedback and we will celebrate the wins!
