Throw out the old thoughts on what you “thought” therapy was like. This is not your mom’s therapy session. My approach is casual without stuffiness or judgement. Here we talk about our thoughts & feelings because they DO matter. We’ll game plan and work on the pain points together. I hold space for you to safely share your story and offer insight into those tricky thought and behavior patterns that can get in your way. I help reframe anxiety, depression and can help with over control, family dynamics, trauma, self esteem and worth & balance work-life stressors.
We’ll chat with each other in partnership so I can learn your story and what it is that you strive for by coming to therapy. I will hold space for you to share the hard, interject humor to ease the pain, share insights, ask for input/feedback and we will celebrate the wins!
As a fellow human, I know what it’s like to be at the crossroad of wanting help. Sometimes the hardest part is picking up the phone or hitting send. You made it this far. Do it. I am available for in person and virtual sessions during evenings and weekends. You can do this.
