I have worked within the mental health field for the past 10 years, and I am passionate about helping people set and achieve their mental wellness goals. In the past 5 years I have worked with school aged children and adolescents in a school setting, as well as with their families to help support the family unit in identifying struggles and implementing coping skills to improve life all around. I utilize several different modalities as needed to include; Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I know every client and situation is different, and apply skill sets where needed.

It is important to me for each client to know about their diagnosis, and to empower them to take an active lead on how to cope with their symptoms.

I am very down to earth, and have a knack for establishing rapport quickly with people of all ages. I will cheer you on, and support you, as we figure out how you can live your best life! I am so proud of you for taking this step, it takes courage!
