I’m Amy Chamberlin, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas with over 6 years of experience working with adolescents and adults. I help clients cope with anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, and difficult life transitions. I hold two Master's degrees from Amberton University—one in Licensed Professional Counseling and the other in School Counseling.

I take a person-centered approach and utilize various therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT). I’m also creative and flexible, adapting my methods based on the unique needs of each client.
