I specialize in CBT and ACT treatment methods and Emotionally Focused Therapy. I am uniquely equipped to assist in healing from medical trauma.
I have worked as a clinician in an adolescent residential treatment center. I incorporate personal experience to offer clients tools and support to recover mentally, emotionally and spiritually while healing physically from significant health and medical challenges.
Having three grown children, I have first-hand knowledge of the struggles and culture of the middle and high school environments. I am a survivor of a traumatic injury and long term hospitalization and rehabilitation, and have understanding of the importance of empowerment at times of vulnerability regarding both physical and emotional health .
