I specialize in treating adults with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress, PTSD and Complex PTSD . I have post-graduate training in treatment of traumatic stress including use of EMDR. Areas of interest: Adult survivors of abuse and neglect, support for healthcare workers and other helping professionals.
Drawing from my social work training, I bring an integrative approach to my work with an emphasis on self-determination, collaboration, respect for diversity and a commitment to social justice.
