My belief is that no one "needs" counseling, but that everyone deserves it. I have more than 20 years of experience providing individual and family counseling to children, teens, adults, and families. The foundation of my counseling philosophy is that "anyone can overcome anything". I believe strongly that we all have inherent strengths and abilities to overcome life's most difficult challenges.
Email me with your presenting concern or problem and I will help you figure out if I, or someone else on my team, would be a good fit for your situation. I have expertise in grief/loss, as well as stress related to divorce, custody/visitation, blended families, and co-parenting, abuse/trauma, depression, anxiety and more.
In my practice I strive to create a safe virtual space where you or your child can be seen, heard, accepted, and supported. I am a Registered Play Therapist Supervisor. I also provide LCSW and RPT supervision to new therapists who are working towards either or both of those credentials.
