Are you feeling isolated, anxious, or stuck? You are not alone. I am passionate about helping you find your way back to finding peace and balance in your life. I work with women and men of all ages, adolescents, and kids age 7 and up offering treatments such as ERP therapy for OCD, EMDR for trauma, and ACT and CBT for self-esteem, self-image, phobias, parenting, life transition issues, adolescence, anger management, co-dependency, relationship issues, divorce, depression, and perfectionism. I am also a yoga teacher and offer mind body interventions into our sessions when fitting.
The tools provided will be found collaboratively as we address specific problems and goals to help you find relief in a safe space with zero judgement. I've had many years of experience with individuals, and as a medical and school social worker. We will find what works for you. This can include mindfulness exercises and other traditional interventions.
There is no need to feel ashamed or alone in your struggle to find relief from anxiety, sadness and life transitions. We will explore the roots of your feelings and explore options, take challenges, find self care and growth. Sometimes we unknowingly have learned unhealthy behaviors to cope and just need a way out. I can help. Feel free to message me.
