I just opened more session appointments, so I have immediate availability for teens and adult women. Do you feel out of control with food? Often times, feeling stuck with food and body image issues can lead to anxiety, depression, low self-esteem among other issues.
During our time together, I will work to give you resources to help break these cycles and replace old habits with new empowering habits. Together, we can help you find a better relationship with food, your body, and yourself. I can also help and support you in other areas such as relationship issues, parenting, healing from past trauma, and more.
