I am especially passionate about supporting people in integrating transformational life experiences (defined by the one who experiences them), whether that be becoming a mother, medical trauma, or a psychedelic journey. I support people who are using psychedelics to promote self-actualization and the expansion of consciousness; I help them prepare for and integrate their experiences so they can see lasting change in their lives. I use a combination of talk therapy, movement and body practices, IFS, and coaching techniques. As a Board Certified Dance/movement Therapist, I am interested in how we hold our experiences and emotions in our bodies and help my clients connect to and express that using movement, meditative, and guided practices.
I have been completely stuck and lost in my life. I believe my soul experienced this pain and darkness to evolve my consciousness and take my healing to the next level. Ultimately, it has positioned me to know how to help others navigate this place of being blocked and stuck. It is my greatest honor to hold that healing space for others.
