I am seeking adults who want therapy on an outpatient basis. Do you feel that there are things you need to address to live your happiest life? I take a client-based, down-to-earth approach to counseling. I believe in acknowledging that both therapist and client are imperfect and human, and that you, the client, are truly the expert of your own lived experience. The cornerstones of my practice are empathy and equity.
