I specialize in treating individuals with eating disorders and substance abuse with 20 years of experience in mental and behavioral health. I also treat ages 12 and up with anxiety, depression, trauma, women's issues, self-esteem and other stress related issues. I use a variety of holistic therapies in treatment, including nutritional, spiritual and physical.
Each person should be treated according to their individual needs. Which is why I offer an eclectic and holistic approach to therapy, utilizing not only traditional therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or Dialectical Behavior Therapy, but also nutritional, spiritual or physical therapies.
I am a warm, empathetic person and believe in creating a nonjudgmental, safe environment for clients.
