She has over 20 years of experience helping in public school settings, especially with navigating special programs. Amy’s desire is to help individuals in a practical way that allows the individual to feel seen and heard through collaboration, empathy, and compassion, while allowing individuals to experience autonomy in problem-solving.
My goal is to work with individuals who are on the path to self-discovery. I specialize in helping others to know themselves and what will help them navigate their world in a way that is beneficial and satisfying for them. If issues or problems are brought to sessions, the client can feel safe and confident as we work through them.
This world can be confusing, difficult to manage, and at times, overwhelming. It can also be beautiful and full of peace. In my practice, you can feel open to talk in a safe place that provides support, understanding and encouragement.
