I work with client who are dealing with a spectrum of issues including, anxiety/social anxiety, college student mental health, couples counseling, depression, emotional regulation, family/family of origin, grief/loss, identity/self-esteem, marriage/ relationships, mindfulness and self care, shame, stress, trauma, and women’s issues.
