I am an experienced, eclectic licensed psychologist with a doctorate in clinical psychology who has performed a range of psychotherapy and assessment services over the years. I am always updating my skills to best serve you. I recently completed updated training in adult development and in mental health issues for people with diabetes.
When people come to me I find they do not feel like the self they knew before, may feel pulled in many directions by life demands, other people, responsibilities and sometimes chronic illness. They feel unhappy, exhausted and empty. I help people reclaim themselves, feel more in control of their life and how they want to live and feel more whole again.
