I practice cross-cultural psychology from a systemic orientation and as a trauma-informed therapist, I draw heavily from IFS (Internal Family Systems), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and the Gottman Method in case conceptualization. I have traveled extensively internationally and am well-versed in both English and Urdu/Hindi.
