Ammanfil (Pronounced Aw-Min-Phil) is passionate about trauma & Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder work, mindfulness, and pushing back against toxic shame narratives that may keep us stuck. Ammanfil roots himself from a trauma-informed and intersectional-feminist lens and operates from a space of strengthening true intimacy with ourselves to create opportunities for healing and personal development.
