Are you going through an affair, infidelity, betrayal, divorce or breakup? Are you feeling stuck in your relationship and unsure how to cope or what you should do next? I specialize in helping individuals and couples get unstuck from infidelity, betrayal trauma, sex/intimacy issues, breakups, separations and divorce. My clients are both couples and individuals. I also work with individuals navigating divorce recovery, attachment issues and loved ones with personality disorders.
I specialize in helping couples repair trust and resolve relationship issues from infidelity, affairs or betrayal. We'll work together improving trust after the affair and work through the depression, anxiety and intimacy issues in your relationship.
My goal is to make myself obsolete by providing you with the self-compassion, self-confidence, and skills to tackle your current challenges and those that come up later down the road. but hopefully you won't always need my office. Your place is in the world, living your life wholeheartedly.
