Searching for a therapist, counselor can be a confusing task-especially if it pushes us outside our comfort zone. Don't worry! I hope the following information about myself, my philosophy and online services are useful and encouraging. I am a counselor/ therapist, practicing out of Connecticut. My goal in practice was founded against the backdrop of my own personal experience & seeing the need for more individual encouragement socially and emotionally. My training and qualifications as a Counselor along with 25+ years of multi-level experience with adolescents and families have led me here!
My services include short-term, solution, goal-focused counseling and life coaching, as well as mid/long-term counseling on sensitive issues where more time, space and support is needed. I follow the principle that the therapist 's method should be tailored to the client and not the client to the method, in which a collaborative working relationship is key.

First appointments usually take place within a week. I offer flexible times, including evenings and weekends.
