Sometimes the world feels overwhelming and it takes all we have just to keep our heads above water. You're exhausted and ask yourself, “why can’t I just move on and be happy?” If you struggle with intense, unpleasant feelings like shame, anger, guilt, fear, and sadness, I'd like to work with you. Schema Therapy teaches you how to manage your emotions, communicate in ways that others can hear you, and access vulnerability so you can have healthy relationships with yourself and others. When my clients leave therapy, they feel like they have more control over the world – rather than constantly feeling like they are at the mercy of it.
