Life can sometimes feel like being in a car wash—things are coming at you from all sides, you can't see clearly through the suds...and, somehow you are stuck in place while being pushed forward at the same time! These times of our lives can be confusing, anxiety-provoking, and very stressful. Whether you are struggling with relationship challenges, career confusion, or feeling lost during a big life adjustment, I can help you make sense of things and find a clear path forward.
With me, you’ll have a safe place to be “messy” and talk about issues that might be hard to bring up in your everyday relationships. At the same time, I provide therapy to ease the symptoms of anxiety, stress, and emotional turbulence so that you can feel good about how you are showing up in your relationships, work, and life overall.
Together, we will discuss your challenges, come up with a plan, and work on skills to help you cope with life’s ups and downs. We’ll do this by exploring your personal history and your current issues, and aim toward gaining deeper self-understanding. Along the way, I use curiosity, humor, and "gentle directness" to guide our conversations.
