Hello and welcome! I work with individuals 13+ who seek to find more effective ways to navigate life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, relationship conflicts, and difficult transitions. In my practice, I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, a method that fosters psychological flexibility. ACT helps clients respond more effectively to life’s challenges by learning how to “unhook” from unhelpful thoughts and feelings. This process reduces the impact of these unhelpful inner experiences and frees up space to act in accordance with your chosen values and ultimately live a more fulfilling life.
I hold a Masters of Science in Art Therapy and I am trained in using art making and creativity in the therapeutic process when words alone may not suffice. With the uniqueness of my clients in mind, I choose strategies tailored to my clients’ individual needs and concerns, with or without the creative process.
