I help people by looking past their trauma and seeing the essence of their person-hood. I am person centered and believe that you have everything you need inside of you to reach your greatest potential. In spite of the trauma, pain, stress from every direction that you have endured- you are still here and wanting to take steps forward to a better life.
I have a holistic and systems approach which means that I take the environment, culture, nutrition, and relationships into account when in session and processing those emotions. I love watching my clients see themselves in new perspectives and learn new ways to manage stress, disappointment, and various life transitions and adjustments.
