My theoretical orientation explores individualized objectives through a psychodynamic approach which stimulates patient curiosity of oneself, cultivating a healthier, more authentic, secure sense of self and identity. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, life adjustments, grief/loss, complex trauma, parenting, stress, attachment disorders
