My ideal client would be high school students, young adults and women who have found themselves dealing with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, and trauma. My clients are individuals in need of unpacking their emotions and making sense of their "why" who would benefit from a thought partner. Their goals are to build emotional intelligence, learn to love themselves, but overall getting unstuck.
I specialize working with BIPOC youth from inner-city communities, parenting teens, and women. I offer individual therapy for adolescents 13+ and life coaching is available for young professionals.
I am excited to connect with individuals who are ready to tackle their challenges by facing them head on. Throughout the years, I have learned that some people need a thought partner to help put situations into perspective and provide support.
