I have experience working with clients who wrestle with an array of mental health diagnoses and struggles, including but not limited to Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Trauma, relationship struggles, and anger. I also have experience working with clients exploring their gender and/or sexuality.
My approach is meeting clients where they are at, understanding that building a relationship with a new therapist can take time. I use different modalities to therapy, taking pieces from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, and Acceptance and Commitment therapy.
