I believe each person has unique strengths and experiences to successfully navigate life's challenges. However, sometimes, we find ourselves feeling stuck: struggling with depression or anxiety, stressed by our many roles in life, overwhelmed by loss, or holding the pieces of broken relationships, unable to find a way out on our own. My goal is to create a collaborative, culturally-sensitive and compassionate space in which I offer personally-tailored interventions for your situation while working with you to identify and utilize your own strengths to bring about positive change in your life.
I have training and experience working with adults and college students with a wide range of concerns: anxiety, depression, grief/loss, trauma, identity and relationship concerns, and life transitions, including career and parenthood. I specialize in working with young professionals, couples, postpartum and fertility difficulties, and adults with ADHD. I also offer Christian Counseling solutions.
