I have been working with teens, adults, and families for 7+ years and offer therapy that focuses on alleviating and managing issues related to identity development, self-esteem, anxiety, and depression. I am proud to offer culturally-informed therapy for individuals in the LGBTQ+ community and am honored to support these individuals and their families.
I often incorporate the use of cognitive-behavioral interventions, however, I understand each individual is different and will collaborate on what works best for you or your loved one.
