Relationships, parenting and healing from past trauma are all hard. It can feel like just barely keeping our head above water. We want to live healthy and free. It would be my absolute joy to join you in your journey toward healing, clarity and wellness: personally, professionally, and spiritually. Whether living in rural or urban areas in Kansas, I understand our environments play such a significant part in our overall wellbeing, and I bring my experience to serve my clients to my best. We can do really great work together, achieve goals, and without the obstacles of time-consuming travel, as sessions are held via telehealth.

I bring 20 years of working with individuals and families in various roles, and 14 years experience as a therapist. I'm especially passionate about parenting, family/interpersonal relationships, trauma, hurtful things from the past that keep showing up, communication, gaining healthy skills, getting-out-of-the-weeds-and-onto-a-healthy-path, so to speak.
