A majority of my professional career has been providing individual therapy to adults with a focus on the treatment of trauma, PTSD, complex PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-esteem issues, life transitions, relationship issues, and boundaries.
I am a certified EMDR therapist, implementing this intervention to reconnect and strengthen the neurological wiring between the thinking and feeling brain to encourage healing and reduce suffering. I utilize this therapeutic approach in conjunction with other approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT),
