Current waitlist for weekday telehealth openings (must be physically in MA). I primarily work with adults age 20-60. Finding a therapist who is “the right fit” in terms of logistics, personality, skillset, and accountability is not an easy process. Thank you for considering me to be part of your mental health treatment team. I'm a licensed & insured social worker and have directly worked with clients from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds in community settings since 2015. My approaches to therapy are trauma- and systems-informed, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming.
I place high value on normalizing the human experience and cultivating our therapeutic alliance throughout treatment. I draw from a combination of evidence-based strategies and lived experience to support clients who are motivated (or struggling with motivation) to work towards activating their fullest potential.
I have lived experience with ADHD and work well with others who present with ADHD and other neurodivergent traits. Some of my personal interests/hobbies are music, animals, traveling, reading, writing, crossword puzzles, and watching the Bruins.
