This in-person Photo Therapy group is designed for people who are looking to find new and creative ways to navigate their mental health by learning to use photography, writing and the power of community as tools for creative expression, introspection and transformational healing. We meet biweekly on Saturday mornings for 2 hours to explore and capture the neighborhood using our cameras and intuition. This group is designed for all genders, ages 18+. No previous experience required. Camera equipment not included. Includes 1 printed image.

The Artist's Way: Creative Process Group
Do you yearn to be more creative or express yourself more fully? Or maybe you've had "The Artist's Way" for years and have been wanting to dive in but haven't had the support to see it through? If so, then this workshop is for you! This 8wk group creates community around creative practice, inviting you into a process of discovering, healing, and transforming your relationship to your creativity and the brilliant artist you know you are deep down. Each week will include: A discussion of the weekly topic; Journaling/ Expressive Writing, Hands-on Art Making & Group Processing.
