I am most passionate about working with individuals and couples of all varieties who desire to go deeper into their healing process. I work with self love, inner child work, trauma, and anxiety, and move my clients from burned out and people pleasing to a newfound sense of self, empowered and standing in love with kickass communication skills and boundaries.
I stand out as a space holder, with empathic unconditional positive regard. I am a certified hypnotherapist with a lot of extra certifications and training in trauma, Gottman techniques, emotion focused therapy, DBT, narrative and creative therapies, and mindfulness. (I also offer energy healing sessions and intuitive coaching separately on the side.)
