Whether you're dealing with difficult family dynamics, feeling dismissed or invalidated by loved ones, coping with symptoms through substance use, or generally struggling to find an affirming space, I would be honored to partner with you to work toward peace. You'll find me to be pretty laid back as a therapist. I am client-led, collaborating with clients & trusting in their innate ability to heal. My focus areas include complex trauma, difficult family dynamics, and affirming care for queer & gender-expansive folks. I utilize an attachment-based approach, incorporating DBT, IFS, and Brainspotting throughout.
I know how scary starting this process can be. Know that in our work together, you will control the pace. We are in this together. My role is to help you learn and heal along the way. Empowered Recovery Support Group
In-person non-12 step support group for queer, trans, and gender non-conforming folks in recovery from substance use issues. This group offers a space for folks to connect & share lived experiences related to substance use in an affirming environment. Group takes place every other Saturday.
