My primary aspiration is to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space for clients to openly discuss their experiences and delve into their emotions, ensuring a safe environment for exploration. I incorporate a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, ACT, and EMDR.
Specializing in providing support to individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, self-image concerns, and trauma, I also possess significant experience in aiding survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. My clientele encompasses children, adolescents, and adults.
I have a foundation in psychology, having earned my bachelor's degree from Utah State University. I also have a master's degree in social work from University of Utah. I look forward to the opportunity to work with my clients in their pursuit of desired goals and overcoming challenges.
