I am passionate about working with women who feel stressed, overwhelmed, or are going through transitions in life. I often work with teen and adult women who experience self-doubt and school, work, or relationship-related anxiety and long to learn healthy ways to cope with difficult feelings. I have over six years experience working with people dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, relationship and family stress, religious trauma, and more. I have also worked with clients who are simply looking for a safe place to process life and better understand themselves with a neutral and non-judgemental person they can trust.
Ultimately, my goal as a therapist is to help clients develop insight and understanding about the thoughts, actions, and life experiences that have brought them to where they are today. I want to create a space where they can accept themselves as they are and also learn new skills to help achieve their own goals of healing and growth.
