I utilize a combination of therapeutic approaches and theories including strengths-based, person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and mindfulness.
I have been working the social services field since 2011 with clients across the lifespan in various settings including outpatient mental health, hospice, hospital, schools, and addictions counseling.
