Hello, my name is Michele Bussell, LMFT and I respect how much courage it takes to do this emotional work and healing. It is my belief that all clients have untapped wisdom & strengths. We will use your personal resources to increase insight, healing, and improved functioning. I thoroughly enjoy working with adults, teens and couples. I have valuable experience working with a variety of populations. I have worked in crisis and residential treatment programs, school-based counseling programs, adult drug court substance programs, and behavioral health centers.
My specialties include anxiety, depression, codependency, trauma and poor self esteem. I am an eclectic therapist who pulls from many different modalities in order to effectively support my clients. I will combine my training, insight, intuition and compassion to meet your individualized needs.

This group is ran by, Michele Bussel, LMFT. Being a teenager is today's society comes with pressures that many adults have a hard time understanding. Society is a different landscape for teens today compared with the generation that came before. Many teen girls suffer from increased struggles with self esteem, anxiety, and depression during this time. Some girls have already been experiencing them for years. This group will focus on easing these struggles by developing healthy coping skills and building a strong self identity through peer support.
